A. Exterior house painting...... And lots of honey do lists

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Just take a look at their qualifications & their price

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. If i were a customer i would like to know the experience of the person i am using. The only inside secrets i have to share is what my family has always taught me.. "give good work at a fair price"

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. The basic information would be required... Like.... What type of job it is... Painting , plumbing, electrical,etc... I like look at every job before i give them a price. Meeting face to face is important.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I do quality work at affordable prices. I have had a hand in the construction or maintenance of over 10,000 homes in this valley. New home construction,remodels,house flips,etc. I was born into this business

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I enjoy seeing the finished product and most of all a happy customer!!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. They usually ask me questions about the types of products are best for the job. And my answer to them is that i can use good, better, or best... Depending on their price range...

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. I don't really have a favorite story.... But i do have to say is that i enjoy working with customers..

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I am from phoenix,az. I have been in the construction industry since i was a kid. I have been going to job sites since i was 5 years old... I am 41 now and i enjoy it as much now as i did then

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. My father was a contractor & my mother was in real estate... It is in my blood

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. I just painted the exterior of an 8 year old house... And when i finished i received 2 more jobs from neighbors because they liked the job i did

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Yes... I have taken superintendent training thru the home builders assoc. Of central az. ,,business classes at estrella community college,,, customer service seminars,,building code seminars,,etc

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. There are always changes in building codes... So i carry my laptop in my truck with all rules and regulations downloaded on it..

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. An exterior re-paint... A single family home... 1700 sq. Ft.... It involved power washing, stucco repairs, drywall repairs, stem scraping, trim repair, and the application of 3-different color paints. Cost was $1.00 a sq. Ft. = $1700. 00
and it took 3 days

A. Pricing depends on the job. And anything is negotiable

A. It is a great profession to be in if you like working with your hands...
