Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Before hiring a graphic designer, always ask them for a link to their portfolio. Verify that they did in fact do the work themselves, and that they're not using a portfolio that belongs to someone else. Websites usually have a tag like, "Website Designed by: " on the bottom of the page, and logos usually have a watermark with the companies name on it.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Many pre-made websites look great, and can be purchased cheaper than having a website built custom from scratch. Many times when you add your own pictures and content, the pre-made website template becomes "custom". We offer free templates with our hosting service.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Will the design be unique, or from a template?
How many revisions are included if changes are needed?
Where can I see your past work, and how can I be sure you in fact did it?
What is your cancellation policy, in case I'm not happy with the results?
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We really love designing new projects! It's not work when you love what you do; and, creating a logo or website that's exactly how our customers have envisioned, but couldn't reach without our help is very rewarding.
