I help job seekers find work they love through coaching, inspiration, and discovery. I offer a program every week at our local library, and I coach one on one—often an hour works.
I have had incredible success with individuals who wish to transition and also those who may have been unemployed for a while.
My customers have contacted local media in the Tucson, Arizona area to rave about my work, and I have been written up by three different newspapers, interviewed on two television programs, and three radio stations.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Have been extremely effective in helping people find work that they love. Have brought optimism and enthusiasm to dozens of individuals. Capable of seeing opportunities where others might not. Have a straightforward approach, which is loved and appreciated by clients and participants in my programs. Creative beyond imagination.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love seeing people accomplish their dreams. I appreciate being a conduit for their success. I enjoy the interaction that i have with others and the special bond that occurs when a person realizes how wonderful he/she is. My work lets me see how special my clients are and, for this, I am ever-grateful.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. The most frequent question is "how does this work?" I always tell them that few people have people around them who love to tell them the GOOD truth about themselves and I relish that. I know that as I see their strengths that my clients' best attributes move to the forefront and they become totally unstoppable. They ask me how I will know they are where they need to be and I tell them that it happens when I see how irresistible they have become.
