- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial work is done on an hourly basis. Once a client is current, then I will discuss a monthly fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first meeting with a new customer is to establish what the customer's expectations are. This will give me a starting point to determine a time frame and the work needed to meet those expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed two advanced studies programs to keep current in my field.
