Our dryer was making loud noises. Deven came by within 24 hours and reported the drum of the dryer was cracked. Not able to repair due to model of dryer. We will be getting a new dryer.

I highly recommend Deven with Superior Appliance. He immediately responded on thumbtack. He was able to come check my freezer out since it was not cooling to temperature. He was able to do that on a SUNDAY! Which was amazing! He was able to diagnose the issue in a timely manner. Parts came the same week. Repair was done the same week. Freezer and ice marker are working like new all within 5 days! Deven is very friendly and respectful of your home. I certainly will be calling him if any of my appliances need repair
