I was set at ease right away about letting their technician in my house because he was neat and wore a uniform. My carpets turned out great and were dry in about an hour. Technician was able to get all stains up and carpet dried very quickly. He also
displayed very good customer serivce. Drying time of carpet was unbelievable.
