Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Attention to detail is what makes the Carpet Medic stand out from our competition. In business for over 15 years with an A+ rating tells you we take care of our customers. Carpet cleaning is an industry full of quick buck slick advertising and companies that are more concerned with up-selling than actually cleaning. You won't find that with the Carpet Medic. Our technicians receive bonuses for customer satisfaction not for how much they can sell once in your home. I love giving our customers a clean and healthy home. The challenges of removing stains and fixing oops by pets is very interesting. Carpeting is such a big part of the home and keeping it clean is what motivates us.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Our most common types of jobs are spills of foods and drinks. A close second is pet urine accidents and repairs from pet claws. One that is not as common, but much larger is water damage restoration. Water if left unchecked can cause major issues and leave lasting damage.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There are so many choices of types of cleaners and methods of cleaning. The most important factor is the integrity of the company you choose. Look for someone who tells you the truth at the start, not some flashy discount ad.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I wish my customers knew that the cheap coupons that they see in their mailbox are only ploys to get in their home. Most companies pay their employees a small wage and give them a large cut of how much they can upsell while in the house. This makes the tech more interested in selling services than cleaning carpets.
