Chef Mark's Comfort to Clasic Catering

Introduction: I have been in the culinary business now for well over 20 years and have held numerous positions from a pot washer to executive chef. During that time, I have produced and consumed a ton of culinary flavors. My passion and style can prepare with flair as well as quality, anything from down home comfort foods to upscale culinary delights! I am a people's person who is very easy to get along with and enjoy cooking as well as entertaining. I have worked with the Marriott Hotel chain for over 19 years in 4 different states and 8 different hotels. I have worked in country clubs, fine-dining chop house, seafood restaurants as well as my last job of executive chef at Friendship Village in Tempe, AZ. This is an extremely busy and active retirement community with over 900 residents and 5 different outlets for the past 4 years.
