Don is a home based computer technician that will complete the job at a reasonable price. He is able to compete with other business in the Mesa/Tempe area and will give you quality service. I did mention he works from home, so if you're looking to save $$$, go to Don's. Otherwise, go to any other business that will charge you more then the jobs worth times three just to pay their office space and to make a profit. My laptop needed a new screen because I accidentally cracked it. He didn't have my laptop model screen in stock so he had to order the part which took a few days, but it was worth the wait. He also cleaned out any virus that was on my laptop at no additional cost. Whatever you do, NEVER buy an electronic device from Walmart. They sold me a refurbished laptop. I was told by the associate it was brand new. Turns out, it had all kinds of virus on it. Kept it because it was the last windows 7. Thanks to Don, he not only fixed the screen, but cleaned all the viruses out. He also downgrades windows 8 to 7. Check him out. Save $$$$ and go to Don's. He is also registered with the Better Business Bureau.

Don did a great job. He came to me, fast, and though there was more wrong than we had originally hoped, he quickly fixed what needed fixing and provided me a working laptop for a minimal price.

Don did a good job fixing my computer. He patched it up so it would work until the needed parts came in and quickly fixed it at no additional charge in just a couple of hours once they did. Total cost for parts and labor came in at $60. I thought I got a good deal. I'd recommend Don's Computer Service and Repair to anyone living near Dobson and University in Mesa.

Don was very specific in his analysis of the problem's possible range and clear on what the cost options would look like. He was quick to address the problem and very clear in explaining to me what occurred and how it was fixed. I found him to be honest and dependable and would certainly use him again.
