On-site service: - Free troubleshooting (no diagnostic fees). -- $40/hr - No travel charges - Parts, shipping costs and sales taxes are extra We offer the following repairs: - Virus, malware, adware and spyware removal on desktop/laptop PC(s). - Microsoft Windows issues (crashes, freezes, stop blue screen errors, and rebooting in circles) for desktop/laptop PC(s). - Windows installation/re-install including Windows 7 upgrades. - Data recovery, data backups and transfers for desktop/laptops, and USB/flash drives. - Driver installations for printers, network cards, wireless network cards, sound card, and video cards on desktop and laptop PC(s). - Printer troubleshooting / printer setup. - New computer setup. - USB troubleshooting. - On/off internet connection problems. - Sound issues on desktops/laptops. - Video issues on desktops/laptops. - Software installations. - Desktop/laptop tune ups/slow PC performance. - Wireless and wired network setup (we can help add wireless internet access to your home or business). - Wireless network troubleshooting (USB and interneral adapters, and routers). - Basic cable/DSL modem setup - Hard drive replacement / upgrades for desktop/laptop PC(s). - Hardware upgrades for video cards in desktop PC(s). - CD/DVD drive upgrade/replacement for desktops/laptops. - Memory (RAM) replacement or upgrades for desktop/laptops PC(s). - Desktop power issues / power supply replacement. - Linux (Ubuntu and Fedora) install. - Computer usage help/training.
