When I started Express in 2007, I took this valuable understanding on how other companies do it and decided to get away from following the masses. I take pleasure in being an owner who listens to the customer.
My focus is not being a typical sign-them-up closer. I like sitting down with my customers and educating them on their investment. It's important that each customer understands what he or she is buying, as other contractors tend to work off a main contract or a crudely written total.
