Health and fitness is a lifestyle. My expertise lies with endurance training, body weight exercises, yoga, Pilates, weight and resistance training, cycling, hiking, walking, running, and cross country skiing.

Ali is an amazing trainer. She is extremely supportive and challenges you to be the best you can be when exercising. She doesn't let you give up, and really drives you to give your all. Ali always goes above and beyond what you expect. I was impressed by how much knowledge she has about health and fitness, and how well she shares it with you. She really helped me become better at fitness and more conscious of what I put in my body. She was also extremely enthusiastic. She is fantastic!
