- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I owned a restaurant called Garlic & Shots in Tempe. Our Blood Shot was our number one drink and people literally canes sometimes for that alone because they were craving it. After the restaurant closed, we decided to see about maybe bottling the mix and see what could happen.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most common is just making sure that they get best quality mix out there, but also I have clients that want a Bloody Mary Bar set up for their party or event so of course we love doing that
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
First Friday in downtown Phoenix this year. We were just put in the store Bodega 420 and we had a sort of grand opening party. I had no idea that we would go through that many bottles. We sold out but I was so proud that day how we pulled it off.
