There is no complicated pricing system. All item are based on market pricing.

I am a Alumni from the Culinary Institute of America. Yes I do I receive emails and updates all the time.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed cooking and entertaining. I helped my friend Eugene cater and I also catered my sister's wedding of 350 pp.
