- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After initial meeting and discussion of the scope of the project and all questions have been addressed, I will supply a proposal for the pricing of the project. Sometimes it could be a flat rate, and sometimes it will have to be quoted per hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down and visit to talk about the project, and get a full understanding of the desired outcome the client is looking for. This way I can ask questions, get a feel for their personality, and then collect items they might have to help with the design process. After initial meeting, I research and sketch ideas and meet to present what I have developed, review and take notes and suggestions for the next step of rendering the selected idea into a final vector graphic file. Meeting again or sending for final approval is usually the last step.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I try to do webinars and tutorials usually when I am trying to learn a new technique.
