- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes i have a standard price for shoulder length hair anything past the shoulders is a $10 fee per bowl of product. If i don't use the extra bowl, i don't charge the additional fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the first visit we will have a lengthy consultation to ensure that we are both on the same page. We may go through pictures, talk about procedures and explanations of what will be done to achieve the look the client is wanting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an Instructor, a salon manager, and a salon owner all while working behind the chair. I am certified in several different product/color lines.
