When looking for a professional makeup artist, please check their website and look at the work they have done. Look at their portfolio and make sure they are not copying other artists work. Believe it or not alot of new makeup artist try to make it look like they know what they are doing by searching the web and posting other artists pictures. This is the ultimate betrayal and causes the client to end up with a very sloppy look that no one would be willing to pay for. Always check your MUA's work via portfolio.
