- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For roofing, I use the standard insurance average pricing for roof de-installation, and reinstallation, per square foot. That helps me to never over charge any customer. As we know, insurance policies do not pay the highest, but they are fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure to understand the needs if the customer. By having a complete understanding of the scope of the project, I am able to price correctly, order correct materials, satisfy my customers needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All my training has been hands on. At the age of 16, I was already deconstructing and rebuilding kitchens, rooms, garages.
