I never even had a chance to use the service. This was because I was asked to reschedule three times and the fourth time I was called to be advised there was car trouble and the crew would be late. At that point, I called the main number, was greeted by an unprofessional, "hello?!", and had to ask if I actually reached AZ Maid Beautiful, and made the decision at that moment to cancel their services altogether. I had even prepaid! I already lost two weekday mornings and a weekend morning waiting for a crew that would not show up. Regardless of how good their cleaning service may be, the unreliability is completely unacceptable to me. I was very much looking forward to using a service on a regular basis, but will now have to look elsewhere.
