Deaf Worker's Cleaning

I'm really so motivated to help people who are deaf and can't get jobs because they can't talk on voice. They can't hear most jobs and not feeling too motivated, so let's use it. Everyone knows that we have to accept work with deaf people. They can do it. I show my move, body language, and moods to give very clear message that can make people hear and understand. Is it hard? That's why I'm very helpful to keep the deaf have their jobs and own experiences in life. I pay people for $9.50 hourly and learn to live. They know how lucky deaf people get money from government's check each months and not get a job. Now they have to learn from people who can hear do by themselves.
