I would like to be given the opportunity to service your air conditioning equipment. I am confident that I can beat any competitor's pricing.
I, in most cases, can service and repair in the same day. I have been in the business for 5 years and love what I do. Give me the opportunity to be your personal AC tech for the next 20 years.

We just bought a new house and along with other things popping up to fix we found out real quick with the heat rising that our A/C unit was not cooling the house. I was very afraid of the costs as in the past fixing a a/c unit cost me a minimum of $500 everytime. A good friend of mine recommended John to me. When I called and left a message he called back within 5 minutes. Very friendly and professional. Was able to make it to my house the next day and fixed the problem with in a couple of hours. The best part is that it only cost us $120. He gave us different options that would solve the problem and very detailed in explaining the problem and showing us directly what he was talking about. We were able to do a immediate fix right away and given suggestions that will help in the future without having to buy a whole new system. Plus, was able to show us some roof problems we will need to fix eventually =) even though that has nothing to do with him. We definetly will keep his number close by and would recommend him to my grandma and mother =)

Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. the thing i like most about my job is being able to save people tons of money compared to the competetors out there that are price gouging due to they can provide what you want. I can do the same but with minimal overhead which in turn saves the customer money.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. why was the other price so high. I answer with it is due to they are sales men in lil trucks working for a large company and since i work for myself i can say what the price is and make it rewarding for both parties involved.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. I wish customers knew that their units can be saved with minimal repair, dont replace a unit just because some company tells you that you have to get a couple companies to come out and bid for you. I am an independant contractor and will insure that the job is done right the first time because my name is on it and i value my customers.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I was a carpenter for 15 years and after losing that job due to down sizing I figured i would go back to school to learn something everyone in this great needs, HEAT AND COLD. so i registered for school and it was something that i clicked with right away i have always been handy with my hands.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. The biggest development in my field is the R22 a refrigerant that is most commonly used over the last 30 years is now phased out to a more green and environmentally healthy refrigerant called 410-A. Switching to this is quite expensive.
