  • Are you looking for a wall mural for your child's room? Does your child Love art?

I have been airbrushing since 1996. I loved art since I was three or four years old. I want to do a fun activity with kids this summer since a lot of schools are taking out art programs out of schools. I want to do a wall mural in your childs room and get your child hands on doing the project. The reaction is priceless. Have you been thinking of getting a mural of disney characters, princesses, sports logos, transformers, comic book characters, dinosaurs, Dora, spongebob, etc on your childs wall, but scared of the cost for good work? I have been reveiwed multiple times on a few websites and have been verified as one of the top illustration artists in Maricopa County. The mural will be a full hands on experience with your kids and we will expand their imagination to where they are proud of what they did and learned some art secrets. If you have more than one kid and want to do multiple walls I am very negotiable on price. Or if you are a big kid and want a mural for yourself have no fear, we will take care of the big kids too.

    Pricing is as follows:

One wall with child activities-$299 (which includes all the supplies)
2-3 wall-$199 for each additional wall after the first one.
Sports team logos starting at $150 depending on size.
Do any two rooms and get the third for $100!!!

Please check out my website (www.twistedairbrushing.com) which has many examples of different types of styles and mediums that I do.

Kids names with logos of princess themes, and sports logos are becoming very popular. Lets get an activity that your child will never forget going today! I also do outside murals by the pool! can't start those till september due to the heat of the walls!

I have been airbrushing since 1996. I enjoy what I do and take a lot of pride in the creativity of the projects. I airbrush oversized murals, showcars, graphics, RC cars, helmets, motorcycles, sandrails, shoes, 3D murals, and any surface that you can give to me. My murals take time and developement. Patience is the key to creativity. Check out my gallery, and if you like it give me a call. I love painting kids rooms. The smile on their face reminds me why I do what I do.

Jason did an awesome job! Did the job exactly how I imagined it, if not better! Nice person to work with and so so talented. Quick turn around time and very professional.
I would use him again in a heart beat, and plan to.
    Thanks Jason!

Jason was amazing to work with! He was reliable, friendly, and really talented. My son and I were especially impressed that he really listened to what we wanted and followed the picture we gave him exactly. Where he wanted to make slight stylistic changes to the design, he asked for our input. Jason made my ten year old son a part of the process since the design, a Ford Raptor truck, was in his room. My son's reaction to seeing the design go up on his wall was, "I just can't stop grinning!" Definitely use this artist for your custom airbrush designs!

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Wall murals in kids rooms, Custom paint on cars and motorcycles, signs for businesses. Or an accent in an office. The new thing is murals by the pool outside!

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Check out the lighting texture that people work. Make sure they are familiar with their mediums. Some are better at one type of medium. Just because they can shade with an airbrush, doesn't mean they can do the job correctly.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. The trick is to add the right color and shading and not to over do it. Patience is the key to work your medium properly. Also no matter what you think, the customer is always right. They are the one's that have to live with it... Not you

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I try and get the art as realistic as possible and don't let price get in the way of integrity.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love being creative and making people think outside of the box. Custom artwork on walls and cars stand out and draw attention which makes people think of how interesting they can make a boring area.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Why so cheap? Since people can buy vehicle wraps and wall paper of almost anything now a days. I want people to feel good that they have something no one else does, and at an affordable price.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. I had a chance to work with a gentleman in the late 90's that painted anything from radio station promo vehicles, to hot air balloons. I started out prepping cars for him and then he let me paint a really difficult piece one day and watched me do it. I will never forget that day. It gave me a lot of confidence in what I was doing.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. Airbrushing is a control of color gradients, airflow, and patience. It takes a lot of time to get the most detail out of the piece. You get what you pay for. Research who is doing what so you know someone is working for the art. and not the money. Profit is great. But a successfull completion is when the customer says they are happy!

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I have been drawing since I was very little. I saw what an airbrush could do when I was in my early teens and wanted to be the one that made the car look cool, or the wall mural that makes you step back and look at!

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. I am very proud of the Ford raptor job. I was able to take a little boy's room and turn it into his Ford kingdom. He had this smile I would never forget!

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. DVD's and youtube. And teaching myself what I see in magazines. It is definitely a hands on trade.

Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.

A. Pricing in my field is more of setting a goal. I know if I do a wall mural and it is a 6ft by 8ft area, I can pretty much say $250 bucks and get it done in a day. Now if it is "Where's Waldo" type of mural and I have to paint 200 characters, it is going to take longer to draw it out. I feel very safe saying $250 a day plus materials. That is the goal I have. That isn't always the case. Some jobs you can bid on them and hope it takes you less time then reality lets you.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Patience, and lots and lots of practice. Work one medium till you perfect it. It takes years to get used to certain types of airbrushing
