Buyer Beware! Initially, I requested front yard weed removal but upon his arrival for a small additional fee he would remove the weeds from my entire landscape area, as well as blow any landscape debris. My landscape is well kept on a regular basis and just needed the minimal weeds removed.
However, after only 35 minutes he was done with the job. He said he had added a chemical that would kill the weeds in an area by my home and that he removed the rest - and give the chemical 3 to 5 days to work. After careful inspection I realized that the granite was just moved around which covered the weeds and didn't remove them. Well, it's been about 2 weeks and all the weeds are still here AND the weeds that were covered by granite- have all lifted back up. I should've known better because after I paid him-he handed me his business card which was not for a landscape company but for him as a Realtor. Well, I have had to remove the weeds by hand and would not recommend that you use a realtor who poses as a landscaper without the skill. As I commend the creativeness in trying to make a buck in a hard market...do what you know. Disappointed!

Mark was polite and friendly. He did an excellent job of cleaning up the front of dead leaves and debris. He was quick and professional. My yard looks fantastic for the holidays. I would recommend him and call on him again.
