Introduction: Our cleaning prices are as follows: * 1,000 sq. ft. and smaller - $120 * 1,000 sq. ft. to 2,000 sq. ft. - $150 * 2,000 sq. ft. to 3,000 sq. ft. - $200 * 3,000 sq. ft. 4,000 sq. ft. - $250 * 4,000 sq. ft. and larger - $300 A trip charge will be applied if we are required to return to the property due to lack of water, electricity or having the wrong lock box codes. If a return trip is required due to an issue with our services, there will not be any additional trip charges applied. Houses that are over 25 miles from our location will have a trip charge added to the cleaning price. Trip charges are as follows: * 25-39 miles - $15 * 40-59 miles - $25 * 60-85 miles - $35 Our services include: * Sweep the front entrance and back patio * Dust window ceils, blinds, ceiling fans and light fixtures * Vacuum and mop all floors * Wipe off outlet covers * spot clean walls and doors * Clean cabinetry inside and out in living room, office and laundry room Our kitchen cleaning includes the following: * Clean cabinetry inside and out * Wipe down the front of all appliances * Clean the sink and countertops * Clean stove, microwave and fridge Our bathroom cleaning includes the following: * Clean toilets * Clean showers and bathtubs * Clean sink and countertop * Clean mirror * Clean cabinetry inside and out * Wipe down lights and other fixtures Excessive filth on paint, blinds, walls and ovens will be cleaned for an additional fee.
