I am an Arizona state-licensed massage therapist who does in-home massage therapy. When I come to your home, I bring everything you need for a great massage: professional massage table, top-quality oil and lotion, relaxing music, sheets, and my healing hands.

The main types of massage that I do are relaxing therapeutic massage and pregnancy massage. My clients love that I seem to find every point of tension (a.k.a. knot) in their body. So, if you have any aches or pains, or tight muscles, then you have come to the right place.

Appointments are available 7 days a week, morning, afternoon and evening. After hour appointments are available at an additional charge. I am willing to travel to any location, but if it is more than 30 miles away, an additional fee may apply.

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. When looking for a massage therapist compare not only their prices but the quality of work and the quality of products they use. If they are discounting the price they have to cut corners somewhere; length of time, quality of product, quality of work, etc.

It is a good idea to ask what products they use and the length of time the massage is because some places/therapists use cheap products and give less than a full hour massage regardless of the price they charge.

I use top quality all natural products, I base my decisions to use a product on the quality not the price or how much of a profit I can make from it. I give a full hour massage, and provide a very detailed massage. Most of my clients have told me that my massage was one of the best they have ever recieved.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I provided a top quality massage that is a full hour (not a 45-50 minutes like a lot of places). The products that I use are top quality and all natural. When giving a massage I am very detailed in the work that I do and work areas that several therapists do not (gluts, feet, upper hip, head, ears, face, etc.). I have fairly high standards when getting a massage (for it to be considered a good massage) and expect no less when I give a massage.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love that I get to help people feel better and assist them in their healing process. To me, there is hardly anything better than showing up at someone's home that is miserable, in pain or discomfort, and after working on them, they are no longer in pain, instead they are standing up straight, smiling and happy.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. Not all massage therapists are created equal, some are really good, some are good and some are not so good. That places that charge very low prices are cutting corners somewhere (length of time, quality of product, quality of work, etc.) and that you generally get what you pay for. It is always good to ask what products they use and the length of time of the massage, because even places that charge more will still use cheap products and not give a full hour of massage.

Also, every therapist is different in their style, techniques and touch. And that not every massage therapist is for every person.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I take continuing education classes on a regular basis, above and beyond state minimum requirement. In Arizona, a massage therapist only needs 25 hours every two years to renew their license. I generally do about 25+ hours a year. And I am willing to take any class that I need to so I can best serve my clients. For example, I have a client that got pregnant and I took 3 pregnancy massage classes, a post-partum massage class and an infant massage class.
