Introduction: Previous experience includes the following: * Math Tutoring, Tempe, AZ Private tutor August 2013 - May 2014 -- I assisted one student twice per week with her Algebra 1-2 course in order to improve upon her skills and maintain a better grade in math. I made study sheets for her to work on each week, monitored her progress with weekly quizzes, and organized materials weekly. * Summer Math Academy Teacher's Aide May 2013 - July 2013 -- I provided support for 7th grade teacher, Mrs. Kerry Buck, by helping her with clerical work and classroom activities. I also provided individual attention to students in need of extra assistance, and monitored the students when Mrs. Buck was out. * Kyrene Del Norte Elementary School Teacher's Aide (Volunteer) August 2011 - December 2011 -- I assisted Judi Rivera in her kindergarten classroom three days a week, and reinforced the instruction taught in her classroom to students. I went over lessons with students individually, answered questions, graded assignments, and prepared supplies for classroom activities. * Kyrene Middle School Teacher's Aide (Volunteer) January 2012 - May 2012 -- I worked under Gina Burke in her sixth-grade classroom twice helping with clerical work and classroom activities.
