What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My primary job (duct sealing) keeps us up to date on new and upcoming products, service, and customer education as well. I research and educate myself on all other aspects on a regular basis to be able to offer a competitive edge on top of the line services offered by myself.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Just happened over the years. I thought why let someone else do what I myself can do.
