Our company hosts 4-week fitness boot camps focused on functional resistance training for weight loss, in much the same way as some of your favorite tv shows, like Biggest Loser and P90X.

Classes are held at a number of different times to fit your schedule and each boot camp comes with a meal plan, fitness consultation, and 12-hour long training sessions!

In addition to fitness boot camps, we offer personal training at competitive prices. We have the ability to bring the fitness equipment to you to train in the comforts of your home, or for a discount, we can meet at our gym.

I have been going to Jamie's class for a year now and have lost 100lbs and counting, went from a 44' pant to 36', a XXL+ -a L. Its a real laid back environment to workout in, and Jamie isn't a prick he will get you into shape if your willing to follow his meal & cardio plan. It is so worth it.

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. My most common clients are weight loss related. I have a lot of middle aged people looking to lose some weight and tone up. There are a few athletes here and there - but most of the clients I see fit the "norm" of every other person wanting to shed a few pounds.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Do your homework - find out what each trainer has to offer - look at their credentials, testimonials, education, experience, etc. And most of all, try it out - I offer two free classes without obligation to see if my training is a good fit for you.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Most other fitness bootcamps require a general level of fitness before you start and are dangerous in the way that they train. I train on impact resistance flooring with no exercises that would be dangerous.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love helping people - there is nothing like seeing the changes to someone's self esteem after you help them lose a substantial amount of weight or change their health and fitness in a big way.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. They are afraid that bootcamp will be too intense or that I am some mean guy because I teach bootcamp. Our classes are fun and although you will work very hard for the results you will achieve, the mood is always relaxed and even fun. Each class is a little like a family.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. Yes - my first client ever Bud L. was a winter visitor from out of state and I specifically remember how slowly he walked in my door, and how hunched over and bad his posture was as he asked me about the benefits of resistance training. At the beginning of our summer season as he left to go back home I will never forget how grateful he was as he literally SKIPPED out the door. I fell in love with training right then because it never hit me how exercise and resistance training can impact a person's longevity and quality of life.
