About
Most other fitness bootcamps require a general level of fitness before you start and are dangerous in the way that they train. I train on impact resistance flooring with no exercises that would be dangerous. I love helping people - there is nothing like seeing the changes to someone's self esteem after you help them lose a substantial amount of weight or change their health and fitness in a big way.

I have been going to Jamie's class for a year now and have lost 100lbs and counting, went from a 44' pant to 36', a XXL+ -a L. Its a real laid back environment to workout in, and Jamie isn't a prick he will get you into shape if your willing to follow his meal & cardio plan. It is so worth it.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

My most common clients are weight loss related. I have a lot of middle aged people looking to lose some weight and tone up. There are a few athletes here and there - but most of the clients I see fit the "norm" of every other person wanting to shed a few pounds.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your homework - find out what each trainer has to offer - look at their credentials, testimonials, education, experience, etc. And most of all, try it out - I offer two free classes without obligation to see if my training is a good fit for you.
