Introduction: I am a NASM certified personal trainer, a pole fitness instructor, a nutritional coach, an avid outdoors-women, and a yogini. I use my passion for fitness and nutrition to motivate, educate, and support my clients on their journey to long lasting health and wellness. I believe anyone can improve their fitness level regardless of where they start. Creating programs that are progressive, safe, and highly effective to help my clients achieve their personal fitness and weight management goals. After assessing a client I can apply the necessary techniques to help correct muscular imbalance and restore optimal movement patterns. I will design a program that incorporates techniques such as circuit training, plyometrics, weight training, improved flexibility, and joint stability. This along with the proper nutrition, I can help you shed weight and/or gain muscle. It is my goal to give my clients the tools necessary to make lifelong changes. To learn to use their bodies efficiently, try new things, and live a more active and rewarding life. I love to see growth in my clients. Most come in wanting to lose weight, a good and often necessary goal. I want them to understand how amazing a healthy strong body feels. I love that moment when they dig in deep and realize they have an athlete inside. I want them to learn how important what you put into your body is, and see them make changes that will benefit them for a lifetime.

When I started working with Heather I knew nothing about lifting weights. In fact, I was terrified by the idea of entering the free weights section of the gym by myself. I wanted not only a coach who would push me through a challenging workout, but also one who would help me to develop confidence in my ability to create that same challenge for myself. In two months of working with Heather I saw my strength improve and my weights get heavier. I also noticed that my understanding of my form improved both intellectually and as something I felt within my body.I'm really happy that in my time with Heather I not only saw tangible results but I also developed the confidence to take what I learned from Heather into my own workouts!
