Introduction: I am semi-retired single lady. I have just left 30 years in the aerospace industry and wish to continue working in some capacity.
I lost my very tiny (three-pound) Chihuahua last November. She was eight and had been ill since she was five months, and life hasn't been the same. I will never adopt another dog myself, but I would love to care for other folks' pets. I have rarely found an animal that doesn't like me.
I provide private care of dogs or cats. I currently help care for my teenage grandson's pets, a Chihuahua named Ashley, two geckos named Slippy and Henry (they are 10 and 11 years old), a Russian tortoise named Runner, a cat named Lola, and I just adopted an unwanted cat named Ralphy, age about 13.
