Introduction: I love working with families! It is enjoyable for me to get to know my clients, and I have made many friends as a result. I also love editing and putting together a gallery that brings tears to parent's eyes. I often get the sweetest messages from parents who have been so touched by their kiddos portraits. It is rewarding and makes me love my job!!

We have a very large family and Michelle did a wonderful job organizing the shoot. She had a lot of good ideas and our photos turned out great! We will be using her again in the future.

Michelle is amazing! She has very good ideas for poses and backgrounds! We went to a park and she met us there and knew exactly where she wanted to go and do! So easy for family pics! Michelle is also very nice and easy going! Perfect for a family photo shoot!

We love working with Michelle! Her patience with my small children is priceless! She takes our family pictures every year and they turn out beautiful every time. We look forward to many more years of fun photo shoots and great pictures to share with our family and friends!

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always enjoyed capturing special moments in my life with photography. When I became a parent to my son, I had some portraits taken of him by an aspiring photographer. They just took my breath away, and I knew then I wanted to learn how to create portraits of my own children. With tons of practice and a lot of studying, I started to get requests from friends to take pictures of their family, and it turned into a business for me.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

I usually do on-location outdoor sessions that are customized to the size of family and the ages of the children. I have a gallery on my website that shows examples of different places around the valley that I have had photo sessions. Depending on whether you want a desert background or more lush foliage, I can find good spots for any type of session requested! If you contact me, I will work with you to pick a session that is perfect for your situation and family. Clients typically pick an hour to two hour session depending on wether the session is for Holiday cards, Headshots or for a milestone event.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The work I am most proud of is my involvement with The Gold Hope Project. I have had the pleasure of providing two sessions for children fighting cancer. These sessions are so special, and I am honored to be able to spend time with these kiddos and their loving family. I am also an area coordinator for the project and hope to help spread the word about childhood cancer awareness. "Until there is a cure, there is hope".
