Introduction: We perform either full-time or part-time management services to homeowners' associations. These include property inspections, writing violation letters, accounting service, answering the community's phones, preparing material for and attending board of directors' meetings, and performing minor maintenance requirements. We have over 30 years' experience and can supply your community with expert service. The company owner has previous experience as senior vice president of a large HOA management company in Colorado Springs, and as the general manager of a large retirement community in Mesa. If you are a self-managed community and in need of temporary help with your annual meeting or with property inspections or with writing covenant violation letters, you need to contact us. We can also solicit proposals for work needed on your property and supervise contractors you have hired. No job for us is too small or large.
