My experience with SolarCity has been amazing. I was able to choose from their many different options to be able to fit my personal needs for my home. I have always wanted to go solar, control my power price, and lock in my price of power but have never had the money to pay for this out of pocket cost. By meeting with Levi, I was able to pay $0 out of pocket, save money on my power bills, and have a locked in rate that I do not have to worry about when my utility company increases their rates. What a relief!
Levi is a very professional individual that cares about his customers and is very helpful. He is there the entire time even after the system is installed to answer questions, and meet with your referrals that want to know more about SolarCity. The process was very simple and painless. SolarCity/Levi took care of everything from the building permit for the county, HOA application, utility connection agreement, installation, and inspection of the system. Everyone that I worked with at SolarCity was very professional and helpful. Our experience with Solar City has been much, much better than we expected!- Truly! Everything has gone so smoothly without any effort on our part. The company lets us know what step we are on, so there is never any question, and they send us a reminder the day before any scheduled event. Levi Williams has been impeccably professional from day one. He has always been punctual. He has answered all of our questions with knowledge and patience. He went above and beyond by even coming out to our house on the day of installation to ensure that we were satisfied. The installation crew knocked our socks off as well; I only found one very small thing that was missed on clean-up. It was as if there was never a crew at our house all day!- Wow! Talk about customer service. At this point, there is nothing, nothing at all, that I would want Solar City, Levi Williams, or the the installation crew to do differently. Bravo!

Best customer service from any company I have ever recieved. Levi always got back to me very fast, even in the evenings. He took care of every need fast and with care. Wish all companies were this nice to work with!

Working with Levi was and is awesome. He was wonderful from day one. A no-pressure informational visit. He was educated on the business,the company and the product he stood behind. The process was all new to us but Levi kept us informed and educated on what comes next. My experience was and remains great. I was so impressed i shared my experience and informed anyone I could about it, and got quite a few referral bonuses. I continue everyday to "spread the word" and alway give Levis card so they to can be taken care of the way i was/and still am.
