- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are a lot of factors to pricing. For example, with stucco if the are 2 or more stories that require stucco then it costs more. Or the difference between block wall stucco and stucco that requires wire lath or lath and foam prior to stucco can be up to $1.50. For tile depending on the size of the job or the type of set we are doing can run $1.30 - $3.00 if we have to demo existing tile and fix floors before new installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No formal classes but... Yes I am always researching new products and applications in the construction industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My step dad was a general contractor and my older brother taught me how to tend him and then how to use the tools.
