- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe my prices are very reasonably, usually about 30% less than other providers. I got into this business to empower community leaders with their finances, so I see it as a way of helping clients become better administrators and save as much as possible in their taxes due.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Interview the client to make sure I can help them. Then, provide access to a secure portal where they can upload their sensitive information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
An MPA with emphasis in Nonprofits from the University of Colorado at Denver. This is like an MBA, but for the public sector.
