For some reason, my database would not connect to wifi. I called Rob around 11:30am and he made time to come to my home at 2pm the same day. He fixed the problem and went beyond and cleaned up my laptop which now runs like new. I highly recommend him for any computer problems. Nice, friendly and best price in town!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate for most computer repairs. I also do free pickup and drop off in Tri-Cities Area of Tennessee.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been interested in computers since way back in 1981. I had a Commodore VIC-20 with a 5K of memory and had many other computers over the year. I attend college and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and have been working in the high-tech world ever since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my repairs are replacing failed hard disks and reinstalling the OS, diagnosing bad power supplies, removing virus and malware, replacing laptop display that has failed.
