All work and deliverables are clear and upfront (no hidden costs!). Any retainer work (hosting/design) is capped so that you as the small business can have a clear, predictable budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Strategy Session: Once your project kicks off we begin with a one-on-one strategy session to learn about your goals and talk tactics. 3. Conversion Plan: We’ll then devise a solid conversion strategy to ensure your new online presence achieves your business goals, and brief in our design team. 4. Design: Our design team creates a homepage wireframe so you can see general layout, function, and website copy minus the distraction of aesthetics. 5. Design: Our design team “paints” the homepage wireframes and gives you a brand 6. Choose a Hosting Package 7. Development: Our developers take the designs and translates them to the web 8. Content Upload: Our designers upload your content and polish it with their designer touch to make it ready to convert and “go-live” 9. Training: Our friendly technical support crew will phone you to run through our CMS platform and let you in on a few little tips so you can really get the best value possible from your new website. 10. Testing and Go Live! Once everything is tested it’s time to publish your new sales workhorse and start profiting more!
