I worked in the Rehab dept of skilled nursing facilities as an Occupational therapist for 25 years, primarily with Seniors, focusing on deconditioning, orthopedics, balance, and overall health. I create each program to suit your individual goals and current fitness levels, including any corrective issues from past injuries that may need to be addressed. I offer individualized exercise programming, and specialize in injury prevention, corrective exercise, balance and senior fitness.
