FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat fee service for specific tasks. $75-$250 hour based on your income and the particulars of the case. We don't believe Representation when it comes to your family should be reserved for only the few.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a free consultation. We meet with you personally to go over what you need and to develop a plan with you. At the consultation we will review whee your case stands, what your needs are, and your financial circumstances. Unlike other offices, our fee will be based both on the needs of your case AND your income. We do not believe that bankruptcy and divorce should always go hand in hand like some other firms seem to. We believe we can help you build your new and better future and we do. Affordable, accessible, incomparable. It is not just our slogan, it is who we are.
