Introduction: I started this practice with the goal to offer clients an excellent divorce lawyer who is also affordable and easily accessible. This practice really began back when I was working for other law practices. What I noticed and disliked was that the client seemed to be more a dollar sign than a person. Every time a client was contacted or contacted us the client was billed even if we just left a voicemail for the client. I found that this process created a major roadblock to the client's case. If the client wanted to express what was important to them, their worries, or what they desired from the case it could easily cost them $200. This was especially a problem in family law cases as the client's needs and desires clearly affected them financially, emotionally, and even physically. It is not surprising that one of the top bar complaints against lawyers is due to lack of communication. Money in many ways was and is a barrier between the client and their attorney communicating. We sought out to change this and we have. Through the use of modern technology and a keen eye towards waste in many law offices we have are able to offer you excellent representation while also being accessible. Client's are encouraged to contact us whenever they have a question and generally it is free of charge. Of course there are limits on this that will be addressed in your specific agreement with us if you retain us but it certainly is how we work everyday to be the right choice for your case.
