That is not a problem because I love to cook. Before I became a chef I put dinner on the table for my family 5 nights a week and I headed the hospitality committee at my children's school for 10 years.
I have thrown more parties than Martha Stewart. "Martha" is what my friends teasingly call me.
I have a degree in Cordon Blue Culinary Arts from Scottsdale Culinary Institute. I graduated at the top of my class, 3.94 GPA.
I will plan, shop, cook, serve or pack your meals in containers, clean up and keep your kitchen organized.
I cook everything from down home to uptown. Meatloaf and fluffy mashed potatoes with really good gravy, Thai shrimp curry with Jasmine rice, shrimp and scallop pasta with a saffron cream sauce, Portabella mushrooms stuffed with brown rice and veggies, red or white lasagna with beef, chicken, seafood, or grilled veggies, Pulled pork and BBQ baby back ribs (I am good at the grill), Brined pork chops with a blackberry gastric and mango salsa, crab cakes on freshly dressed greens, enchiladas any way you like them.
My customers love my "do it all with a smile attitude", my creativity, and my reliability. My customers tell me they actually save money in the long run because they are not eating out all the time and there aren't those groceries sitting in the refrigerator growing fuzz because they never got used or freezer burnt steaks because you never got around to grilling them.
You pay for your groceries and $30.00 per hour to me, I can usually get 3 complete (entree starch and veggie) dinners done in about 3 - 4 hours. There is a two-hour minimum depending on travel time. I am located in the northwest valley and travel mainly along the 101 into Scottsdale, and along the 51 into Phoenix and Paradise Valley.
