A. Q. How Much Interaction do you have with the client?
A. We conduct a pre-event interview with follow-on consultation (1-2 hour personal pre-event with unlimited personal, phone and/or e-mail follow-up as required).
Q. Are there any travel fees ?
A. Travel to and from the venue within one hour's drive from our base of operations at no extra charge (up to 2 hours round-trip).
Q. When do you show up, and when are you ready to play?
A. We start equipment set up (with completed sound and operational checks) a minimum of two hours prior to arrival of your first guest (2-3 hours).
Q. Will you ensure our event happens the way we plan?
A. Yes, we will coordinate any special events/functions in a timely sequence as you direct them to occur during the pre-event interview(s).
Q. Will you make announcements?
A. We perform as Master of Ceremony for all your announcements and introductions.
Q. Do you have the music we want to hear?
A. We have an extensive (and continually growing) DJ library with over 14,700 different selections. If we don't currently have what you're looking for, we can obtain it with sufficient notice (usually two weeks).
Q. What kind of equipment do you use?
A. Professional sound system equipment with on-site back up components.
Q. What do you charge for your service?
A. Up to four hours of dinner and dance music for one reasonable rate. Extra time (if needed) at reduced rate.
Q. Can we work with you on-line?
A. Yes, we have an on line party planning program including a music request list generator which allows you to create you own play list. Hear what you and your guests want to hear because you selected it in advance.
