Chris came quickly to save the day. Our AC unit had stopped distributing cold air in the middle of Arizona summer on a Saturday. He came in, quickly and confidently recognized the issue. Explained the fix, and fixed the issue within the hour. He verified the work was done, and was a joy to work with. Highly recommend.

Chris came out on short notice to install a new thermostat for me. He did a great job and installed it in no time at all, even though it was an unusual system with different wiring than in most homes. I would highly recommend Grand Air.

Over my 66 years I've never hired a contractor who was as honest and knowledgeable about air and heat as Mr. Rees.After checking my heat pump for a problem which another air company charged me $400.00 2 yeas ago, Mr Rees explained that what I thought was a malfunction in my unit was actually normal operation which occurs during freezing tempertures. Two yrs. ago I called a major Phoenix aircondition co. which charged me $400 for the same problem. Mr. Rees cost: $29.95 service call fee.
