Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I would want to know that when the jobs done that it was done right and i will be happy and know I got a fair price. I would like them to explain the task at hand and give me a step by step instruction of the job they are going to perform so i dont feel like they are trying to get over on me, and also explain the invoice to me, they can be difficult to read somtimes.

Have you performed this task before and how many time's, what is the job going to cost, what do your competitors charge, how long is this job going to take, what materials are going to be need for the task at hand, is the job worth fixing or should i just replace it, is the job to big or to small for you make sure there comfortable with the work.
