Jason (the owner) was quick to respond to my request through thumbtack for pool draining, chlorine scrub, etc. Savion was the tech who came out all 3 days. Savion is very communicative, is very knowledgeable in his work, and an overall fantastic guy. We are very impressed with the work he did to clean up our pool and get it ready for summer. We got email updates after every step of the service, with pictures and information about the job completed. We have had multiple pool companies service our pool over the years, and have not had an experience as good as this one.

I got a message from the pool company I had that they have to immediately drop my route because of health issues and with the monsoons coming, needed to find a replacement company ASAP. Phoenix Pro Pools contacted me immediately and were quick to get set up, costs are on par with everyone else, and I had the option to use my own leftover chemicals (maybe 6-8 weeks worth) before being charged the full rate and everything else you'd expect from a service company. BUT what set them apart is that they even sent out a text when they were on their way and a service summary email when they were done with my pool! I thought that was way cool and professional! I have had multiple companies over the years and have never seen an extra step taken like this. I definitely recommend giving them a call!
