Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Our most common job is website redesign. Most website designers can design a beautiful website however that website typically does not stand out among the rest. We use our marketing skills and market research to create a website that will stand out above your competition. A lot of our clients inform us that once we are done with their websites they have at least doubled the traffic to their website.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. I would recommend calling and asking for them to send you examples of work that they have done or to look at their portfolio. Also asking for a couple of referrals is a great idea so you can hear how their previous customers feel about their services. Remember when looking at their examples or portfolio to look through the eye of the consumer not a business owner and see if you would stay on that website for more than a couple of seconds.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Some information that would be helpful to have prior to calling would be how many pages you would like your website to be, ex: home page, about us page, gallery page, contact us page, etc. Also some examples of websites that you like and also some of websites that you do not like. We use this information along with researching your competitors to give you an upper hand with your website. We want our clients to be ahead of the curve and to have a website that is best appealing to their clientele.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We have over 11 years in Marketing and use that experience along with research to design a website that will best sell your type of business on the web. Unlike most website designers the client does not have to fill out a huge stack of paperwork with questions about how they want their site to look. We actually get to know your business and then will design a website that will best display your company on your website.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love helping small business' get the recognition they deserve online. I also work with larger business' as well and love working with them. I especially love when I design a website for a small business and they call me back saying that their website has increased their clientele and that they could not be happier with their website. Many of our clientele is based off referrals from previous clients.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. The most common question that we get is, "Why can't I just make a website myself, I know a site where I can go." That is correct, there are a lot of websites out there that offer DIY websites. However do YOU know how to design a website that will best sell your industry online among all of your competitors? There is no point in having a website if no one is going to stay on it for more that a couple of seconds because the site does not appeal to them. We use our marketing skills and market research your competitors to give you a website that will stand out among the crowd.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I got into my line of work through helping my cousin who is a website designer get clients. She had been out of school for over a year and did not know how to market herself to get clients. She knew that I had done marketing and advertising for many years and asked me if I could help her. Within a couple of days I had clients for her. After that I decided to put together a group of website designers along with a market research team and to form my own company.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. We designed a website for a We Care Urgent care a few weeks back and they absolutely loved it. They wanted to create a family feel to their site and they said we got it perfectly. A week after we did their site they called us and said that they had 45 patients come in from their website. They continue to compliment our business to others and they have also sent us many referrals due to their kind words.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. The latest things that customers have been asking for are SEO which stands for Search Engine Optimization. This is used to increase your visibility in search engines like Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc. We offer this service along with many others. We offer SEM, hosting, website design, website redesign and social networking. We also offer website tonight which is a do-it-yourself website if our prices are a little out of your marketing budget.
