- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My current rate for in-home tutoring ranges from $40-$70 depending on the student's needs, frequency of lessons, and a few other factors. Potential clients are welcome to discuss payment options with me to negotiate the price, but because I provide high quality service, my lowest rate would be $40.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a brief interview with the parent and the student where I discuss the client's goals and the student's academic needs. From there, I plan individual lessons for each student and use periodic assessments to track and document their learning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified teacher in North Phoenix and have over 5 years of teaching experience and 12 years of private tutoring experience.
