Trenna was very thorough and extremely detail oriented. She took her time and explored all avenues that legally and fairly resulted in increasing the refund due me. Her attention to detail and her accurate approach gave me a renewed faith long ago lost from past negative experiences with the corporate greedy H and R's and others. The best she saved for last when I gladly paid a reasonable fee that was less than half of what others had quoted me...
