- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a fixed monthly fee based on the needs of the client. The client provides us with a credit card, and they are billed at the beginning of the month for that month's services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet or talk by phone to determine the client needs and if we can help them. We have a basic agreement for services. The client is assigned one of our highly qualified accountants or bookkeepers to help them with the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a team. Minimum experience/education is 20 years bookkeeping experience. Our team consists of CPA's, CFO's and others that can help the client with their needs related to finances and their business.
