- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you cannot afford my prices, contact me and we will see if we can work something out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask you to fill out an intake form before our first visit (I do everything by Zoom). We go over it at our first meeting, and discuss what you want to get out of our coaching sessions. Then we will begin the process of coaching you how to achieve your stated health and wellness goals!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching through Maryland University of Health. I am working on getting certified through the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches. I have over 20 hours experience (most sessions are about 20 minutes long). I love empowering people!
