- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Addie was working in an accounting job for a small company in 2010. They moved their office from a 1200 sq. ft. space to over a 3,000 sq. ft. building and she was tasked with the responsibility to oversee tenant improvements, configure office space for all of the employees, purchase new furniture for the whole building and design the lobby area. It was then she decided she wanted to do this type of work instead of tracking the funds to make all of the above possible. She started off helping friends and families design their homes. Their referrals led to more business and she started her own interior design firm in 2014.
